From a local newspaper obituary given to me by Ina Kingrey Apple:

MRS. M. U. MYERS DIES THURSDAY Mrs. M. U. Myers, step-mother of Mrs. Roy Kingery of Bradford R. 2, died at the Kingery home Thursday evening at 9:00. She was 78 years of age. Along with her husband, she had made her home this summer with the Kingerys. Previous to that, Mr. and Mrs. Myers had lived in Bradford for many years. Mrs. Myers was born in Lancaster, O. and will be interred in the cemetery there.
Mrs. Myers is survived by her husband, a daughter in New York, a son, Henry Kiger of Virginia, two stepdaughters, Mrs. Iva Kingery of near Bradford, Mrs. Floyd Ollinger of Dayton, three stepsons, Geo. Myers of Dayton, Ed Myers of Dayton and Will Myers of Columbus and two sisters.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time, awaiting word from the son and daughter.
